Terms of Service

By accessing or using Jerian you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms you may not use our service.

Jerian is an AI-powered website builder that generates and hosts websites for service businesses. We use artificial intelligence to create custom websites based on user descriptions.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be 18 or older to use Jerian.
• One person or business per account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• The free plan includes one site generation with limited features.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
• No refunds for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

• After 7 days, all sales are final.
• Refunds are not available for subsequent billing periods.

You may not use Jerian to create websites that:

• Contain illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals.
• Distribute malware or malicious code.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We may remove sites and terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice.

• You own all content you provide to Jerian.
• You own the websites generated for you.
• By using Jerian you grant us a limited license to host and display your content.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any logos, photos, or text you upload.
• AI-generated content is provided as-is — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

• Jerian uses AI to generate website content.
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI output.
• Generated content should be reviewed before publishing.
• We are not liable for errors in AI output.
• You are responsible for all published content.

• Jerian's platform, brand, and technology are our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.
• The Jerian name and logo are our trademarks.
• User-generated sites belong to the user.

• Custom domain connection is available on paid plans only.
• You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration.
• We are not responsible for domain expiration or DNS issues.
• We may remove custom domain access if your subscription lapses.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• We are not liable for losses due to downtime or service interruptions.

Jerian integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), SendGrid (email), and Unsplash and Pexels (images). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Jerian is provided as-is without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
• We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold Jerian harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination your sites will be taken offline after 30 days.
• You can export your site code before termination.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
